Day 1: Arrive n Cape Town! 24 November 2024 (Sunday)
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport in the morning, you will be met by your English-speaking guide and assisted to the coach. Depart to the hotel via a brief city orientation tour. A visit to Table Mountain is time and weather permitting. Drop off at the hotel in the afternoon. Check in and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co Ltd - Cable Way Fee (Morning Ticket) - Weather Permitting Guests will take a trip to the top of the world, high above the clouds on the famous Table Mountain. Table Mountain is an icon in Cape Town and is most likely the most photographed landmark in the country. Table Mountain has been named as on the seven wonders of nature and attracts millions over visitors from all across the globe. At the upper cable station, guests will find a restaurant and a curio shop as well as some footpaths for exploration.

Day 2: The Garden Route 25 November 2024
In the morning depart to Oudtshoorn via the scenic Route 62. Arrive in the afternoon. Enjoy a tractor safari at an ostrich farm. Transfer to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Safari Ostrich Farm - Safari Ostrich Farm - Tractor Safari. The Safari Ostrich Farm was established in 1956 in the ostrich capital of the world, Oudsthoorn. Oudsthoorn finds itself along the celebrated Garden Route region, where natural beauty is simply awe to inspiring. At the farm, you can engage in tours that will show the inner workings of an ostrich farm. It has two onsite restaurants that serve delicious home to made fair and all meals are enjoyed in a serene garden setting. The Safari Ostrich Farm also offers a shop that sells a wide range of elegant and well crafted ostrich leather products including handbags, ladies purses, belts and wallets.

Day 3: Cango Caves 26 November 2024
After breakfast, visit Cango Caves. You will then make your way to Knysna via the beautiful Outeniqua pass. In the afternoon enjoy a leisurely stroll in the waterfront.
Cango Caves - Heritage Tour
Oudtshoorns famous Cango Caves can be explored on a guided tour (all guides are accredited) and is one of Africa's most spectacular natural formations with vast caverns, beautiful, delicate and sometimes majestic stalagmites and stalactites and dripstone caverns. Some of these formations have quirky names that include 'glass flower fantasy' and 'weird cango candle'. The Cango Caves have been formed over millions of years to create this enchanting subterranean world. Duck, crawl and manoeuvre your way through this limestone wonderland. It is one of the Garden Route's most beautiful attraction.

Day 4: Featherbed Nature Reserve 27 November 2024
Featherbed Eco Experience Incl Lunch - 10H00
Take the ferry to Knysnas famous Featherbed Nature Reserve with its abundance of plant, bird and small wildlife, including the rare Blue duiker, and a variety of marine life from dolphins to seals and, in season, whales. Once ashore, the 2.2 kilometre trail winds its way through Milkwood Forests up to steep sandstone cliffs overlooking the wild Atlantic Ocean. It also meanders past ancient Khoi sea caves and through indigenous wilderness. On completion of the trail guests head to the restaurant set on the edge of the lagoon for a sumptuous buffet lunch.

Day 5: Safari 28 November 2024
Today your journey takes you to your safari adventure. Arrive in time for your afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner.
The Garden Route Game Lodge is set against the backdrop of the Langeberg Mountain Range and is at the entrance to the celebrated Garden Route. This is a Big 5 malaria-free safari destination that inspires and entices with luxurious elements in this wild landscape on the African continent. Game drives are a thrilling adventure to see and photograph the fantastical beasts including lion, white rhino, giraffe, elephant and more. The lodge has its own restaurant, Serengeti, that serves authentic South African cuisine and the lodge has a boma for dinners under starry skies. There are a wide range of activities from visiting the spa to guided night drives and picnics within the reserve.

Day 6: Safari 29 November 2024
Enjoy a final morning game drive before your drive back to Cape Town. Arrive in Cape Town in the afternoon where you can enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 7: Cape Town 30 November 2024
In the morning your guide will collect you for a Full Day of touring. Visit Robben Island in the morning (weather dependant).
Robben Island Museum - Robben Island Ferry Ticket - weather permitting
Departure time: 09h00, 11h00 & 13h00 ferry. Operating everyday except the 1st May and 25th December. In summer we run 09h00 , 11h00 , 13h00 and 15h00 and in winter that starts from May to August we run 09h00 , 11h00 and 13h00. If Robben Island cancels the tour, they will not charge an administration fee. However, if we cancel or ask for a rescheduling they will charge a R75.00 per ticket unless its a same day request or 14 days before the tour then they will waiver the fees. Robben Island requires guests to produce a form of identification when they purchase a ticket and board a ferry when visiting the island. All visitors are required to provide either an identification document, passport, birth certificate or drivers license. Copies of these documents will be accepted. Boats depart from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront and head to one of the most famous prisons in the world. This is where South Africas father of the nation spent 18 years, the legend of a man, Nelson Mandela. Guests will disembark at Murrays Harbour on the east coast of the island and take a short walk to buses that will transport them to all of the historically significant sites. The tour guides inside the prison today, are former political prisoners and their knowledge of this island is unparalleled and adds a unique cultural layer to this experience. This tour culminates with a viewing of Nelson Mandelas cell.
On your return immediately make your way to Desmond Tutu Exhibition for a brief tour through the exhibition. We then continue to Bo-Kaap where you will enjoy an interactive
Cape Malay Cooking experience. Learn earn how to cook a typical Malay dish in the iconic Bo-Kaap. At the same time, discover the culture and rich culinary traditions of the Cape Malays from a friendly local. Savour the delicious feast you prepared. In the life of the Cape Malay community food plays an important role. Our hosts cook with passion, share their culture and tell stories about the broader community and their life journey. Stories about family life abound. Understand the flavours and influences of masala, bobotie, malay curry and roti. They are all part of the precint’s distinct fusion cuisine. Cardamom, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, garlic, chillies – these spices are sure to envelope you in a warm feeling – the smell of homemade curries, sweet treats and delicious deep-fried samosas permeate the air. After this, sit down and have the delicious meal that you jointly prepared with your host. Enter as strangers but leave as friends.
